Participant Responsibilities

The Great Indian Art reserves the right to modify contest schedules, result dates, or submission deadlines whenever necessary.

Artwork Guidelines

  • Submitted artwork must be original and created by the participant.
  • Plagiarism, copied artwork, AI-generated artwork (if prohibited in a contest), or stolen content is strictly prohibited.
  • Participants must not use fake documents or fake age proof in age-restricted categories.
  • Any form of unfair malpractice may lead to immediate disqualification without prior notice.

The Great Indian Art also reserves the right to ban participants from future contests in cases of serious violations.

Judging and Results

  • All judging decisions made by our jury panel are final and binding.
  • No participant may challenge or dispute the final results.
  • Disagreement with contest results does not qualify for a refund or compensation.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Participants retain full copyright ownership of their submitted artwork.
  • By submitting artwork, participants grant The Great Indian Art permission to display, promote, or publish the artwork for contest-related promotional purposes.
  • The Great Indian Art does not claim ownership of participant artwork.

Payments and Refund Policy

Registration fees paid for contests are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may only be issued under the following condition:

  • A verified technical issue occurs and our support team is unable to resolve it.

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Failure to submit artwork before the submission deadline.
  • Disqualification due to unfair practices, fake age proof, plagiarism, or stolen artwork.
  • Disagreement with judges’ decisions or contest results.
  • Failure to raise a refund request within the applicable support period.

All approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
