We may issue a refund only in cases where a technical issue occurs and our team is unable to resolve it.

Refunds or credits will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• Participants will not be eligible for a refund if they fail to submit their artwork(s) before the final submission deadline.
• If any unfair practices are identified, including but not limited to fake age proof (applicable to the 02–06 years and 07–15 years categories) or submission of copied/stolen artwork, the participant will be disqualified without prior notice. Disqualified participants will not be eligible for any refund.
• Participants cannot claim a refund if they disagree with the decision or judgment made by our judges.
